•1 cup plain yogurt
•2 tsp fresh dill-minced
•1/4 cup scallions-chopped
•1 tsp capers
•2 tsp parsley-minced
•1 tsp chives-minced
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, chill and serve!
I hope you enjoy this yogurt dill sauce. It's so great on a hot day. Try it drizzled over roasted potatoes too, you won't be disappointed.
